Account Rules and Prohibited Conduct

Each player may hold only one account, tied to one person, one household address, phone number and IP address; duplicate accounts are closed and any winnings voided. Selling, buying or transferring an account to another person is prohibited, and anyone registering under the age of 18 has any winnings cancelled once discovered.

Prohibited bonus strategies

Only one bonus may be active at a time, and real money balance is wagered before any bonus balance. The maximum bet while a bonus is active is £5 per bet unless a specific bonus states otherwise. Switching between high and low risk bets after a win, two-tier betting, Martingale-style stake increases, covering 24 or more of the 37 roulette spots, and leaving bonus rounds or free spins unfinished to complete later are all treated as bonus abuse. Exploiting a bug or running multiple accounts to qualify for a bonus voids any related winnings.

Bonus Wagering and Withdrawal Conditions
